Digital Idealism: Semantic Anchors for mental grounding
Can abstract art serve a functional purpose in our daily lives? I believe so.
My latest work, "Digital Cherubem" is a hybrid of symbolism and functional design. This digital abstraction reimagines an Old Testament Cherub from an unconventional perspective—a swirling, feathered mass of digital volume set against a backdrop of Byzantine icon fragments.
The statement: This piece is a tribute to the human spirit. It’s a reminder that we are always more than the sum of our experiences. I’ve woven "micro-symbols" into the very fabric of this "pulsating" mass:
- Universal wishes for goodness.
- Mathematical symbols with a positive connotation.
- Fragments of global cultural heritage.
